Reaching the max level in WoW as quickly and as possible is the number on goal for most players. What is the best and fastest way to level my character? So, for practical purposes, we are left with grinding and questing. Grinding is the process of staying in a small area and killing mobs over and over again for experience and / or gold and loot.

I used to belive that grinding was faster than questing, and it can be under certain circumstances. If you’re leveling your first character, and you have no idea where to pick up quests, where to complete them and where to turn them in, then questing can be a frustrating experience. Additionally, once you find a quest giver, the quests might be too hard (red or orange color in your quest log) and almost impossible to solo, or too trivial (green or gray in the quest log) and reward only minor experience.

Yet I somehow thought questing could be faster, if you knew exactly what to do and didn’t have to look everything up all the time.

Then I found this Zygor leveling guide review and after getting the guide, my suspicions were confirmed. Questing is a LOT faster than grinding could ever be, if you know the secrets. Quests are a lot more fun than grinding or wandering. A WoW level guide gets you through with all questing; what could be more fun than that? Besides having more fun, you get better items, better XP, and more gold from questing rewards.

It’s important to note that the benefits of questing only apply if you know exactly what to do all the time, which is why I recommend quest-based leveling guides. They will speed up your leveling, whether you’re a beginner or advanced player.

Before looking for any horde grinding guides you should really have a look at the normal leveling ones. Just be careful as there are loads of guides out there and not all of them are good. The way I see it, using a horde grinding guide wont do you much good. You should go for a normal, quest based one. the questing is much more fun and rewarding than the grinding. Therefore anybody is more likely to chose a horde quest guide over a horde grinding guide.

First of all, everybody knows that grinding is boring. Grinding is doing the same repetitive actions over and over again for the purpose of gaining more gold or leveling up. So, you would be killing the same mob over and over again for the loot. Very few players like killing hundreds of mobs, doing the same moves and hitting the same buttons over and over again. I only do this when I need to learn to play a new class or when I test a new spec.

Doing quests is much more interesting than grinding. You actually participate to the storyline of a certain area. Completing any quest will grant you a nice amount of additional XP as well as money. Questing also never gets boring because you don’t need to do the same thing over and over again. You don’t need special gear to complete quests, just the simple rewards you get by completing them will take you easily to level 80. Questing was always more attractive to me because I get more cash, additional XP and reputation with various factions. I also like to get involved to the storyline of the game or into the plots for certain areas.

On the other hand, horde quest guides are much better , detailing step-by-step all the quests one needs to perform in an area, showing all the points of interest on the maps and the concentrations of NPC quest givers, telling you exactly where you need to go and what task to complete. They also come with in-game MODs that draw all the needed information inside the game and you don’t have to alt+tab all the time. All the points of interest are marked on maps and this way you’ll always be aware on what you’re going to do next.

To get an idea on how effective a quest based guide can be, you need to read a good review. I strongly recommend Zygor guide, this is the #1 best-selling in-game World of Warcraft leveling guides. Click here to read a full review of Zygor guide.
