This WoW Leatherworking guide will show you the fastest and cheapest way how to level your Leatherworking skill up from 1 to 450.
Leatherworking Introduction
To start you’ll have to go to a major city and find a leatherworking trainer (just ask a guard for directions). Once you find the trainer train “Apprentice Leatherworking” and you are ready to start!
The components needed for leatherworking are derived from skinning. If you don’t want to take on skinning as a profession you can buy everything you need to complete this guide in your local auction house.
The “Components Required” listed in all of the sections of the guide are the components required to make one of the certain item you are crafting. Good luck and here is the rest of the guide.
Before leveling leatherworking there are a few things you need to keep in mind. There are three different types of leatherworking specialties; Dragonscale, Elemental, and Tribal. Each one offers special items only available to that tree. Furthermore leatherworking is similar to tailoring in that no special tools are required, only raw materials. One interesting aspect to this skill is the ability to use drums that give a short duration group buff.

If you are low on gold, I recommend you to try this Gold Making Guide, it can help you to make loads of gold. You also need to realize this is not a leveling guide, so if you are looking for a leveling guide, the best one is this 1 – 80 Leveling Guide.
